The candidate will work closely with the sales team, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders to support successful product adoption and effective clinical utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical demonstrations of ventilators and respiratory care solutions in hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Provide product application support during evaluations, installations, and post-installation training.
- Deliver hands-on training to clinicians, respiratory therapists, ICU staff, and biomedical engineers.
- Support the sales team with clinical expertise during customer presentations, product evaluations, and tender processes.
- Assist healthcare professionals in optimizing ventilator settings and product utilization based on clinical requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, intensivists, pulmonologists, and hospital stakeholders.
- Coordinate product trials and ensure seamless implementation at customer sites.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant market insights to product management and sales teams.
- Stay updated on advancements in critical care, ventilation technologies, and clinical practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- B.Tech or Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy (B.Sc. Respiratory Therapy) or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in Critical Care or Ventilator Management will be an advantage.
Experience
- 4–10 years of experience in respiratory care, ICU, or as a Clinical Application Specialist within the medical device industry.
- Hands-on experience with ICU ventilators is mandatory.
- Experience conducting clinical demonstrations and customer training is preferred.

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Engineer to join our Medical Equipment Division. The role involves installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of critical care medical equipment, with a strong focus on equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, good communication skills, and the ability to work closely with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and demonstrate medical equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of medical devices.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Attend breakdown calls and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
- Calibrate, test, and validate equipment as per company standards.
- Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with sales and application teams for smooth product installations and customer handovers.
- Provide basic user training to doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, and hospital staff.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager – North to lead and expand the IVD business across North India.
The role requires a strategic sales leader with strong experience in managing regional sales teams, distributor networks, key institutional accounts, and driving sustainable business growth across the IVD portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve zonal sales targets across the North region.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and field sales teams.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen market presence and increase market share.
- Manage and expand distributor and channel partner networks to ensure efficient market coverage.
- Build strong relationships with key hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, diagnostic chains, and institutional customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic customer acquisition.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Application, and Service teams to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfaction.
- Review sales forecasts, budgets, pipeline, collections, and business performance regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
- 15–20 years of experience in IVD sales, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership role managing large regional teams.
- Strong exposure to IVD product segments such as Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Molecular Diagnostics, or related diagnostic solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience handling distributor management, key accounts, tender business, and institutional sales.
- Excellent leadership, people management, negotiation, and business planning skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
